El anfitrion de los premios fue el ex esposo de Katy Perry, Rusell Brand, quien en medio de una linea felicito a Justin Bieber por Golpear a un Paparazzi.

Kristen Stewart y Robert Pattinson ganaron como mejor beso, y su película, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 ganó la Película del Año!
